Processing Time and Shipping

A processing time of 1-2 business days applies from the time of purchase to the time of shipping. Please note, Orders with more than 8 items, please add 2 business days for processing.

Shipping time is additional and estimated as per Canada Post. Items under one order cannot be shipped to separate addresses without additional shipping charges. Items that reach the free shipping mark, will ship Regular Parcel to a Canadian shipping address. Items reaching the free shipping mark destined for a U.S. address will ship by Tracked Packet USA. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Cancellation is only accepted within 24hrs of purchase.

Orders will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Please review the address carefully before the order is submitted. Items reshipped due to an incorrect address will result in additional shipping charges, payable by the buyer.

Refunds are not offered on missing packages due to an incorrect address or package left unclaimed. If a package is sent back because of issues with the address and the buyer chooses to not pay additional shipping to have it resent it will be considered a forced return. If the item is non-personalized, items will be refunded less the original shipping cost AND a 20% restocking fee.

Damages, Exchanges and Returns

There are no returns for items mot received by a specific date. We do our best to provide an estimated delivery date (as given by Canada Post), it is not guaranteed.

For any exchanges customers pay the return shipping and reshipping costs both ways. Please contact us before sending a return for approval and the item sent back within the stated number for days following delivery. Exchanges MUST be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Packages sent outside of this period will be considered a forced return and the package will be rejected.

Pictures of any damage must be shown within 5 days of receiving the package. No refunds or replacements will be available without pictures provided within the stated time period. Please include photos of the packaging if a product is claimed to be damaged.
